Inverell’s Got Talent 2025

Inverell East Rotary Club once again launched the Sapphire City Festival with its annual Inverell’s Got Talent (IGT) concert. The Town Hall was alive with enthusiasm on Friday 17 October as talented local entertainers competed for a share of the $2000 prize money.

With Peter Caddey as M.C. and Allen East on lights and sound, the packed Town Hall was abuzz.

Junior Winners

The Jenny Fox Memorial Prize for Best Junior went to Luke McCosker for his beautiful rendition of Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata”.

Sophie Foley received the Junior Encouragement Award.

Additional entertainment was also provided by Craze Dance Academy, our judge, popular North Coast singer/songwriter Luke Vassella, Chris Richter, Jasmine Aleisha, Peter Caddey and our 2024 winner Alex Munro.

Many thanks to our judges, Luke Vassella and Peter Champion who were faced with some difficult decisions.

Special Thanks To…

Prizes were presented by outgoing IGT coordinator Tim Newberry and Inverell East Rotary President Bob Lea. Tim congratulated all performers and thanked everybody who helped with the show.

President Bob finished the night by thanking Tim Newberry on behalf of the club and the Inverell community, for his 15 years of dedicated work with IGT.

Inverell High School volunteers also assisted with the event – thank you.
